Founded by Ruth Mapazu Nyamunda, an advocate, entrepreneur, and proud mother, ÉLANX began after the birth of her son. Like many women, Ruth experienced the physical and emotional changes that come with motherhood. In her pursuit of strength, confidence, and balance, she found a new passion in fitness and the gym.
